Rosh Chodesh Kislev is one of the most powerful days of the year. The Chatam Sofer says Rosh Chodesh Kislev is like Yom Kipur! And all the holy books explain that this day is most powerful for prayers and change in your life and to open all the gates of blessings!

Prayers at Rebbe Yehuda

Rabbi Anava is going on Rosh Chodesh (Friday afternoon before Shabbat) to the grave site of Rebbe Yehuda Bar Ilai (One of Rabbi Akiva’s main students and the Rebbi of ‘Rebbe’ – Rabbi Yehuda Hanasi) to recite a special prayer for Rosh Chodesh Kislev.
